A RIDE
The A Ride is our signature intermediate to advanced rhythm-based ride. It’s a full body & mind experience where we move with intention, and build strength & endurance through music and community. An “A” Ride follows our signature riding principles, but is brought to life by each coach’s energy, music and personality. That means no two rides are ever the same.

EASY RIDE
Easy Ride is designed to build endurance, stamina & control. Inspired by steady-paced long runs, expect no sharp peaks, just smooth powerful pacing & sustained efforts. The goal? Maintain a controlled, challenging pace to build muscular endurance and aerobic strength. This is an intermediate class.

INTRO RIDE
New to the bike? This is where your Aloha journey begins. Intro Ride is a 45-minute class that introduces you to the basics of rhythm riding. From learning the proper form and technique, to understanding how to ride to the beat and flow through a class. Expect a slower pace, a focus on control and coordination and more instructor guidance throughout.

ALOHA 60
Push past your limits and ride deeper with Aloha 60, our signature 60-minute class designed for experienced riders ready to elevate their endurance, strength and rhythm. It’s a more advanced version of our A Ride structure, by including longer tracks, an additional peak and more intense intervals — all built to challenge your body.

MUSCLE RIDE
Muscle Ride is our new hybrid class that fuses rhythm-based cycling with full-body strength training. You’ll start on the bike, then hit the floor for functional strength work and a spicy conditioning finisher — designed to challenge both cardio endurance and muscular power. Perfect class to get both your cardio & strength training in.

MUSCLE CLUB
ALOHA TRAINING SYSTEM (ATS)
ATS is our transformative Strength & Conditioning program, which we run several times a year, with each cycle ranging between 5-8 weeks long. ATS is all about training with consistency, for improvement and progress. It’s a full-body program designed with progressive strength work, and gradual conditioning to improve your engine and your overall functional & athletic performance. ATS group classes are scheduled from Mondays to Fridays.

MUSCLE
This is Strength Training. This class is all about building pure strength combining compound and accessory movements through progressive sets and reps week on week. A non-negotiable is to keep form and technique in check whilst keeping you moving safely and efficiently.

TRAIN
This is Strength & Conditioning. This class balances strength and aerobic development in a sustainable way. With a mix of bodyweight & free-weight exercises (and maybe a side of ergs!), you’ll lift heavier and move better. This class also follows a planned mesocycle that aligns with key competitions, ensuring your training progresses with purpose.

75 TRAIN
75 Train is an athletic-style strength & conditioning class designed to unleash your inner athlete. Team-oriented, competitive, fun, and supportive — think BEAST, but with a touch of Aloha. Whether you’re already an athlete or want to train like one, this class brings true sports-conditioning training into your weekly routine. It is best suited for those with solid fitness experience and a love for pushing their limits. Hop on the 75 Train! Choo-choo!

CIRCUITS
This is Conditioning Training. Your one-stop-shop to all your cardiovascular & muscular conditioning needs. You'll power through circuit-format sets and movements that challenge your muscles, build serious stamina, and sharpen your mental resilience. The perfect complement to your strength training — giving you the engine, grit, and camaraderie to your everyday routine.

OLY LIFTING
Understand the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk). Learn proper cues and basic technique of lifting the barbell safely. Build strength through foundational movements. Personalised programs that is progressive and well suited for beginners. Requirement: MUST be able to snatch an empty barbell (15kg) overhead.

POWERLIFTING
Learn the art of strength training through the key powerlifts: Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift (SBD). Each session focuses on perfecting technique, understanding setup differences and identifying common form errors. Expect guided practice under competition-style commands, followed by accessory work to build strength, control, and stability.

CORE
The core is the heart of all our movements, and Core is all about building its strength & power. Having a strong trunk supports your spine in every activity and transfers movement efficiently from limb to limb. Expect movements that target the trunk in all directions, with a finisher that challenges your core stability and resilience. Suitable for all levels.

ALOHA STEPS
Aloha Steps is a fun and upbeat class, where we learn choreography and dance to the rhythm of the music. Coaches guide you through a series of routines, which we perform on and off a stepboard. Expect specialty coaches to add their own spin.

HYROX BASE
HYROX Base introduces you to the movements and training style of HYROX racing — without the overwhelm. Expect structured strength mixed with simple conditioning pieces, and plenty of coaching on technique, pacing, and movement standards. All levels welcome.

HYROX Strong is all about building the strength and power needed for key race movements — sleds, carries, lunges, pushes, pulls, and more. Sessions follow structured progressions so you’re not just working hard, but getting stronger with purpose. Essential for anyone serious about HYROX-style training.
HYROX MIGHTY
HYROX Mighty is our most race-specific training experience. Designed to mirror the demands of a HYROX event, this class blends aerobic and lactic conditioning with strength work and HYROX-specific skills — all in one purposeful session. Intermediate to advanced athletes only.

Fill up your bottles with electrolytes as this is going to be one hell of a party! Hosted every Friday Evening, CLUBALOHA transforms into the ‘Hy-Rox Cafe’. Hyrox Parties will either be Strong or Mighty classes, so look out for announcements.
